ZhengMao Group Co., Ltd. is the largest modern electrically welded chain maker in China, high and new technology company in Jiangsu Province. It is also one of major export bases for mechanical and electric products.
It takes up a total area of 250, 000 square meters, in which factory houses cover 87, 000 square meters. Now the factory has more then 800 employees, 125 of them are technicians and special management personnels including 12 qualification staff. The company has been equipped with nearly 600 individual or sets of equipment, the mainly are chain making machines: 3 sets of No. 5, 3 sets of No. 7, 2 sets of No. 8, 3 sets of No. 9 1 set No 11, 6 sets of heat treatment furnaces and 450 sets of equipment′s such as metal cutting, machine and forging equipment. It has advanced physical and chemical testing means as well as 4 chain tensile testing machines with capacity of 2000KN, 5000KN, 12000KM, 20000KM separately.
The factory adopts advanced techniques and equipment for mooring chain and marine chain′s manufacturing. According to the international standard ISO1704, national standard GB549-96 and the specifications of world famous classification societies, the following products can be supplied: Grade 2 and Grade 3 stud chain cable and studless chain cable with a range of diameter 16mm-152mm, Grade R3, R3s and R4 stud chain and studless mooring chain with a range of diameter 25mm-152mm and accessories of all the chains mentioned above. Its annual output is nearly 80, 000 tons.
Its products of marine chain and its accessories have been approved by the classi- fication societies, i. e. CCS, LR, GL, ABS, NK, DNV, BV, RS, RINA and KR. The mooring chain product has been approved by ABS, LR, DNV, BV and CCS.
It has formed a perfect quality assurance system in accordance with GB/T19001-2008 /ISO9001: 2008 "quality assurance mode-demand" to ensure the quality of products.
70% of chain cables are exported to south-east Asian countries or areas such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, USA and Canada, and west Europe such as Germany and Italy. The main product Grade 3 chain with brand name "SAN SHAN" was awarded national gold medal for its good quality. It wins customer′s reliance by providing best products and service.
