We′ve dedicated ourselves to the manufacture of various motors for electric bikes and our annual production capacity reaches 100, 000 units. Our leading product is high-speed DC motor with gear. It has a striking feature of stability and efficiency. It is high-powered with low energy consumption for an output efficiency of 82 percent so it is environmentally friendly but powerful in starting and going up a slope. Besides, it is very convenient for our clients to include it as part of the bike.
The characteristic of high-speed brushless motor we produce is that the motor rotor speed is high above to 2200-3000 RPM. The motor can obtain bigger torque through the large reduction ratio (10-16), to get overload ability (2-2.5 times), namely power for 200 w motors, the actual output can reach 400-500 w.
