Like all our factory cranes, these units are available with a number of main girder connection versions to best suit new or existing buildings and the best in functionality, versatility and convenience.

In addition, the range includes a wide variety of accessories for many different special applications. Our double girder travelling cranes are equipped with rolled section girders while cranes feature welded box girders. All the sections used for main girders and end carriages are computer-optimised for high performance and low weight, benefits that pay in terms of strength and cost efficiency.

Our double girder travelling cranes are available for spans up tp 40 m and feature the versatility needed for special requirements. For example, higher crane travel speeds, service platforms, trolleys with walkways and auxiliary hoists are all features that can easily be implemented.

Our double girder operation cranes are designed as per IS 807-1976, IS 3177-1977 or IS 4137-1985. These girders are of box type construction with butt-weld joints in tension zone radio graphed. These cranes also have totally enclosed oil splash lubricated gear box with precision machine cut gears pinions. The wheels of this crane are made of Forged steel. The wheel assemblies are provided on 'L' type bearing housing with anti friction spherical roller bearings. It also has flexible cables suspended from cable trolleys feed power supply to crab.
