The vesicant will decompose at the temperature of 160 degree centigrade. In normal conditions, it will decompose without activating reagent, or will decompose at lower temperature by adding small amount of zinc oxidize, stearic acid, and its salt to activate HH808. The frothing speed of vesicant in this series is matched with the DCP bridging speed of bridging agent. The frothed product has fine froth, and the frothing and sulfuring time are greatly decreased. Additionally, the vesicant in this series will assure the good whiteness for its product, thus the white titanium powder or other whitening pigment are not necessary to append.
HH180 is modified AC middle temperature blowing agent, with moderate decomposition temperature, it provides the final product with excellent physical properties, high whiteness and fine pore structure.
HH74 Series is new modified AC middle temperature blowing agent, compared with DX74 produced by DONJIN, KOREA, it provides the final product with better physical properties and whiteness.
Package& Transportation
In normal temperature, the mid temperature vesicant is stable in preserving. But it must be stored in shady, cool and dry places, apart from hot steam pipe, fire source, and direct sunlight. It is strictly forbidden to directly contact with organic or inorganic acid. Every 25kg of the mid temperature series vesicant is packed. It can also be packed in bags, paper box or paper barrel according to customer's requirement. The vesicant in this series are all in 4 tons per batch. When customer uses the vesicant of the same batch, they only need to confirm a small amount, then can rest assured of the whole batch.
Application
It is broadly applied in the frothing of various plastic and latex such as EVA, PE, PVC, PS, PP, ABS, etc., especially for the frothing or shaping of hot pressing in large mould or small mould of EVA sole.
It is widely used in PVC foaming process. Especially suit for the PVC foaming processes that take no use of Pb or Zn heat stabilizer.
This series is widely used in EVA/PV/PE etc thermoplastics. Especially suit for small mould foaming process.
