The center of the strength comes from Thermal Power Co., Ltd, Institute of Thermal and design department which are all belong to Hangzhou Steam Turbine Power Group Company. It is seated on 18#, No. 22 street Hangzhou economic-technological development area, which is our national grade economic development area, attaches to the nice and pleasant QianTang River.
