CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd.

CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd (hereafter called "Yonge") is one of members of CRRC Cooperation Ltd., and is a specialized large enterprise engaged in developing and manufacturing various types of traction motors, electric control devices and electric/electronic elements used in the fields of diesel/electric locomotive, metro car, urban rail vehicle, oil drilling rig and wind power generation etc. The company was awarded the honorable title of national level enterprise in good quality and benefit in succession and was also awarded a special prize.

The company was awarded prize team work by railway division of GE(China) transportation system in 2005 and introduced technology of manufacturing motors and alternator for locomotive and EMU from Simens, Alstom, EMD, Hitachi and Toshiba. The joint ventures between Yonge and Hitachi, Yonge and Alstom have been founded in Xi′an city, Shannxi Province, China.

The oil drilling motors Yonge manufactured can meet various installing requirements on oil drilling rig. The motors can be divided into two series. One is the YZ DC motor with separate excitation and series excitation, the other is the YJ asynchronous motor with frequency control of motor speed. Its rated power can be from 200kw to 1600kw. At present, these motors are installed on the drilling rigs with drilling depth from 1000m to 7000m.

Yonge can supply traction motors that can be interchanged with GE761A15/19/23, GE752AF8, D31 and D29CCT as well as armatures that can replace D29/31 armatures, GE776/787/788 armatures. His products have been exported to America, Russia, Australia, New Zeanland, India, Germany, South Africa, Canada, Nigeria, and Pakistan etc.

Yonge has been certified in conformity with the ISO9001 quality control system, ISO14001 environmental management system and IRIS (international railway industry standard) carried out by both internal and external organizations.

Yonge also can design and manufacture motors as per users′ requirements.
