Is one of National Torch Plan Key high-tech enterprises in China, one of the first ten key technology enterprises in Zhangzhou, and also the AAA credit enterprise of China Agricultural Bank. Owing to the concentration on the research, development, production, sale and service of intelligentized watt-hour meters and power management system, its products have obtained "The Permit for the Meter Producing" from the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, "The Permit for the Net Entering" from the National Electric Power Cooperation, and its various products have been included in the catalogue for recommended equipment products to the need of electrical net building and rebuilding all over the country, sponsored by the Committee of National Economy and Trade. The company, which stands in Zhangzhou Lantian Industrial Development Zone, has developed a team of professional managers, technicians and skilled workers. And it has already built a standard manufacturing building with an area of 10, 000m2, specially designed for producing intelligentized watt-hour meters, containing assembling workshops, meter-checking workshop, parts-producing workshops, high-temperature finished product aging rooms and high&low temperature parts aging rooms. To meet the need of manufacturing electronic products, in the assembling workshop and meter-checking workshop the pipelining operation has been carried out in a closed, dust- proof, with the help of the equipment for the constant temperature and constant humidity, besides, anti-electrostatic measure fully considered. The company is constructing "Fujian Keneng Intelligent Instrument Industry Base" on an area of 120, 000m2 to meet the growing market requirement.
