Winnergy Automatic Offline EVA/TPT Cutting Machine for Solar Panel Production Line
1. Equipment Application: The equipment is used for cutting and perforating processing of EVA, backplane (TPT) and PET coils required for solar module production. 2. Equipment process parameters: 2.1 Cutting size: 500mm---2500mm. 2.2 Reel specifications: inner diameter=76mm, outer diameter ≤600mm, maximum load-bearing 200 kg. 2.3 Cutting accuracy: size error: TPT±2mm, EVA±2mm; diagonal size error: ≤3mm. 2.4 Punching requirements: the customer informs the hole shape and size in advance. 2.5 Punching position: 1) The middle opening position is fixed. 2) The opening position on both sides is adjustable from 200mm to 330mm from the center position. 2.6 Position deviation: deviation ±1mm. 2.7 Punching size: deviation ±0.5mm. 2.8 Combination of openings: The required combination of openings can be set in the program. 1) The middle opening works independently; 2) Open holes on both sides work simultaneously; 3) Three openings work simultaneously; 2.9 Cutting width: effective width ≤1400mm. 2.10 Cutting effect: There is no burr on the cutting and punching mouth, and no scratches, indentations, wrinkles and other defects in appearance. 2.11 Cutting compatibility: It can cut and open holes in TPT and EVA materials. 2.12 Hole-opening tool: The installation size of different hole-opening tools is standardized, and the switching is quick. 2.13 Cutting count: The cutting process is automatically counted and displayed on the display.3. Equipment Technical Specifications: 3.1 Production cycle: 6-8 sheets/min. It is convenient for one person to load/unload, and one person can push out the transfer carrier. 3.2 Feeding mechanism: the EVA/TPT sheet is threaded by the air expansion shaft, the cylinder lifting mechanism lifts the material shaft, and the material shaft enters the discharge mechanism. It is also equipped with infrared calibration to facilitate the alignment of the datum line during feeding. 3.3 Feeding mechanism: The mechanism feeds materials steadily, and the material level sensor controls the feeding with constant tension. 3.4 Material receiving mechanism: pneumatic clamp receiving material, with automatic identification function when there is no material; when there is no material, it will automatically stop. 3.5 Conveying mechanism: the material will not be scratched or wrinkled during the conveying process. 3.6 Punching mechanism: the cylinder is used to control the punching, and the opening position can be set in the program. 3.7 Cutting mechanism: cutting with a hob, the cut is smooth and has no abnormal appearance and does not stick to the material. 3.8 Rewinding device: pneumatic clamps automatically place the cut material on the rewinding platform. 3.9 Program control: PLC control, touch human-machine interface; program has the function of saving cutting formula. 3.10 Static electricity treatment: the equipment has the function of eliminating static electricity to the greatest extent;Winnergy will be constant contacting with customers on maintaining and repairing issue.
