Refund Policy:
1. For quality-related complaints, we will refund 100% of the purchase price provided that your complaint is made within one month after you receive the product. This is true for all items.
2. For price-related complaints, we will refund the difference in price plus 5% of the difference provided that your complaint is made within 2 weeks after you receive the product.
OEM Policy:
As we have our own factory, we welcome OEM orders for exclusive production in order to avoid severe competition and protect mutual interest. You can treat our factory as your own. We concentrate on producing, so you concentrate on selling.
