Self-alignment Welding Turning-roll Series
Tilt angle of rollerbed can be automatically adjusted as per diameters of work-piece, and no manual adjustment is needed. Polyurethane rollers have high bearing capacity and strong driving ability. According to driving mode, it could be divided into unilateral and bilateral driving.
Adjustable Welding Turning-roll Series
Bolt holes are performed to adjust the center to center spacing of roller group, in accordance with the diameter variations of work-piece. Stepless speed regulation of imported frequency converter is adopted, with a wide range of speed regulation, high precision and large start-up moment.
Assembly Turning-rolls
The Assembly Turning-rolls are mainly used for the sitiching assembling and welding vessels. These turning-rolls can make it possible for customers to achieve considerable saving of time and effort needed to pay operating costs.
