How to make an order?
Step1: You only pay one third (1/3) or half deposit when you place your order. You may pay the balance after the paintings are finished and are ready for shipment.
Step2: Please make sure the photos from you are clear enough and of high resolution so that our artists can have a clear view of all details.
Step3: During painting, we will provide you with the drafts photos and revise them according to your comment and will only ship the artworks after your final approval. If you are still unsatisfied with the paintings after several rounds of improvements, you can cancel the order. We will give back full credit for your payment.
