1 safety instruction
1.1 Before starting using this unit, please be sure to refer to this manual.

2 system introduction and operating principle
Tc-4100converts signals between DVB interface and e3/ds3 interface for connecting sdh/ATM and hfc or mmds networks. Therefore tc-4100is widely used in sdh/ATM, pdh, hfc, digital mmds, 8GHz system, etc.
Tc-4100 SA converts DVB spi input to DVB asi output
Tc-4100 aed converts DVB asi input to e3 or ds3 output
Tc-4100 eda converts e3 or ds3 input to DVB asi output

Tc-4100consists of three modules as follows:
Input interfaces
Receiving DVB asi, sdh e3, ds3, completeing the signal input processing.
Data processing
The unit processes data and carries out protocol conversion.
