Ball pressure tester
Ball pressure test is the simulation experiment project for thermal deformation anomaly because of thermoplastic materials with heat resistance. It is formulated according for the standard of IEC6 0695-10-2: 2003 "abnormal heat - ball pressure test". It's up to the standards of IEC60950-1: 2001, IEC60335-1: 1991, IEC884-1: 1994 \ IEC1008-1: 1990 \ IEC1009-1: 1991 \ IEC730-1: 1993 \ IEC61058-1: 1996 \ IEC60920: 1990 \ IEC598-1: 1992 \ IEC335-2-40: 1992 \ IEC60238: 1996 \ IEC60928: 1991 \ IEC61184: 1997 \ IEC60968: 1998 \ IEC60898: 1995
Ball pressure test is that press ball pressure gauge(the stipulated ball (R2.5 mm) and total test force (20N ± 0.2 N) and placed in a state of standard sample and in the heating surface, after 60min + 2min / 0min that under the provisions of the sample temperature, put the products fast (< 10s) into water (20 ° C ± 5 ° C )to cooling about 6min ± 2min, then remove, test creasing diameter of product surface in 3min, depending on whether the diameter of the creasing more than 2mm to assess the heat-resistant ability of sample under the provisions of temperature.
