NingBo XinXing Fasteners Manufacture Co., Ltd. Possessing the import & export license was established in 1985. We invested a new manufacturing base named XingTai XinXing Fasteners Manufacture Co., Ltd. In order to offer a better serve to our client and market demand in 2006.
NBXX is located in NingBo City, Cailang Qiao, Jiangshan Zhen, ZheJiang Province, China. It occupies an area of 35000m2, 20000m2 of which are covered by factory buildings. The gross capital of this is valued at USD 8million.
We have 12 fully sets of hot forged equipments and 40 of bolts multi-location automatic cold forged equipments, then possessing 4 lines of automatic heat treatment production and 2 laboratories with full testing equipments. Now we have 400 staffs, 80 of which are technology and management. Our company imported ERP management system in 2005 with a full set of modern production management system. We mainly produce high strength and high quality fasteners widely used in automobile, structural, energy, machinery, transportation and Bridge industries.
In order to catch up the development need, we invested new heavy line workshop in 2011. Imported 4 of SUMON annealing spheroidzing furnaces and 4 of GUOLION high-speed drawing machines from Taiwan. Raw materials mainly comes from XINGTAI IRON STEEL GROUP and BAO STEEL GROUP with some kinds of material such as SCM435, ML40CR, 10B33, 10B21, 45K, 35K, ML08AL, 18A, 22A and so on. The production specification is from M3 to M36. The workmanship for production can be produced according to the requirements by clients. We monthly produce over 3000 Tons and pack according to the request by clients, then send both home and abroad.
Then We have the total annual capacity approximating to 70000 tons, the annual turnover is about USD 77 million, while 50% for domestic sale, and 50% supplied to many clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and America. etc. With 27-years of experience in manufacturing fasteners, depending on advanced modern management, rich technology power, strict quality management and control and most competitive market prices and most sincerely service, we hope to establish long friendly and mutual benefit cooperation relations with the fastener customers all over the world.
