1. Copper alloy melting crucible
For copper and copper alloys, rapid melting is important. Because copper is easy to oxidize at high temperature, and it takes a long time, it will oxidize the melt, resulting in poor quality of the casting. Of course, it is also important to adjust the combustion mist of the crucible furnace. From the shape of the graphite crucible, the long crucible has good heat absorption and can shorten the melting time. However, considering that when the molten soup is scooped out from a fixed place, the mouth is small, so a long shape having a certain depth is disadvantageous. Therefore, standard crucibles that can meet the requirements of melting time and processing performance have been widely used. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of environmental equipment and mechanization in the foundry industry, hydraulic tilting crucible furnaces have been gradually adopted. Especially in high temperature melting and high specific gravity copper alloy foundries, the application of inclined crucible furnaces is becoming more and more widespread.
Electric furnace crucibles are used in high (medium) frequency induction furnaces and low frequency induction furnaces. Dry refractory is filled between the furnace wall and the crucible. For high-frequency induction furnaces, graphite crucibles and copper alloy crucibles, the corrosion resistance of molten soup at high temperatures of 1100 ° C to 1250 ° C and the thermal shock resistance in high-temperature mist in the furnace.
2.Crucible for melting light metal alloy
In the smelting of light metals, the proportion of smelting of aluminum alloy die castings and aluminum alloy castings is also high, and some of them are smelting of zinc alloys. Graphite crucible For the melting of aluminum alloy crucibles, there is a single furnace melting method, which includes putting the cold material into the crucible, using the entire melt at one time, and simultaneously scooping out the melt, filling and cooling the cold material. At the appropriate time, and accept the melted soup melted in a centralized melting furnace, only heat preservation and other methods. Aluminum alloy castings adopt a single furnace smelting and thermal insulation composite process. Aluminum alloy castings are sickened by H2 absorption and oxide mixing. It is necessary to quietly scoop out the melted soup with a large spoon. Therefore, use a standard crucible or a bowl crucible with a larger opening. Generally speaking, in die-casting production, it is more common to use a heat-retaining method that receives a melt. Because of the use of larger spoons, large bowl crucibles are often used. Inclined crucible furnaces are commonly used for centralized melting. In addition, graphite crucible \ 3300 is widely used in the recycling and melting of scraps. In the past, cast iron cans were mainly used for smelting of die-cast aluminum alloys, and graphite crucibles gradually replaced more than 80% of die-casting parts because of their high-quality automotive parts. Iron components are easily formed in aluminum alloys. The accumulation of iron components after repeated melting of the charge will affect the quality of the casting. Therefore, graphite crucibles without metal contamination have been widely used. At the same time, the durability of graphite crucibles has also been significantly improved, meeting the requirements of users, and the development of large crucibles has also made progress, thereby promoting the increase in market demand for graphite crucibles. Aluminum alloys melt at a relatively low temperature of 700-750 ° C, which is also a temperature field where graphite is easily oxidized. It is therefore particularly important to prevent mixing and production of antioxidants. At the same time, the effects of fluorine-containing slag removers were also noted.
