Liaoning Tianyuan Pump Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in the National Development Zone in Yingkou. Yingkou port is one of the ten largest ports in China. There are gorgeous natural scenery and hospitable TianYuan members.
After ten years′accumulation and unremitting efforts, we overall strength has a qualitative leap and great progress in research and production capacities. For further development, we invest 100 million RMB to build a new factory, covering an area of 30000 square meter including building area of 16000 square meter.
We have got further improve in process and inspection of equipment, for example, professional milling machine for screw pumps, large vertical lathe, large digital display boring machine, CNC lathe, material automatic analysis test instrument, X-ray testing equipment, world-leading dynamic balancing machine, trilinear coordinates measuring and computer combination inspection experimental station of nucleus triplex pump performance.
At present, we have obtained seven product patents of Horizontal Without Leakage Strong Self-suction Pump, Convenient Dismantle Vertical Strong self-suction Pump, Strong Self-suction Liquid Lower Without Shaft Pump, Horizontal Without Leakage Remove Sand Pump, Vertical Self-suction Pump, Series-parallel Connection Vessel Using Pump and Screw Pump. The technology of High Temperature & Wear Proof Double-suction Twin-screw Pump has reached international advanced level. The series of Screw Pump and Centrifugal Pump completely satisfy medium transfers of petroleum, chemical, steel, electric, vessel industries, etc.
We have passed the ISO9002 international quality system certification in 1999, ISO9001 in 2004 and the certificate of China Classification Society (CCS). All evidence that we have moved on to a new stage in the management and products′quality!
