In August of 2000, Yichang Black Whirlwind Engineering Machinery Company Ltd. was joint ventured by General Metallurgical Geological Survey Bureau invested by 52% of stock and Zhongnan Geological Survey Bureau invested by 48% of stock, whose registered stock would be 222.248 million Yuan (RMB).
