1. Do you supply other style masks except the items on your web page
Yes, we do have many other styles that we have not put onto our web. And we have been creating new styles all the time. You may show us the photos of the masks you need, and we will show you the similar items of ours, or we will customize the masks for you.
2. How much do you usually charge for the samples I need?

If the samples are available, we can send you for free. You just need to pay the shipping cost by DHL or FedEx.

3. How much do you usually charge for the customizing masks?

The costs vary with different styles, especially the materials of the masks you need; from US $30 to US $500.

4. What is the goods lead time usually?

If the masks you order are available, we can dispatch the masks within three days.

If the masks are out of stock, we usually need at least 10 days to arrange your order. The production time depends on the size of your order, and the business season.

5. What shipping ways do you usually use?
If your order is not big, for example, you order our wholesale masks, we usually use DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX, and other express companies. The shipping time is 5-10 days; but we don't afford the tax or duty to your customs. You need to clear the customs by yourself. So please advise us how much you would like us to declare in the invoice for the package.

If your order is a little big, for example, you order 5-10 different items, and 500 pieces each item, we can send the masks to you by air. The air loading port is Shanghai. The shipping time is usually 5-7 days.
If your order is big enough, we will book the sea ship for you. Our sea loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. The shipping time is usually 20-35 days.

If you are from European countries, for example Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, UK, we can send the masks to you by China Railway Express  Twice a week. And it takes around 20 days from  our side to Madrid.
