The products of the company are mainly three kinds: solid wood flooring, engineered wood flooring, laminated wood flooring. Most of the raw materials are imported from Southeast Asia, South America and Africa, etc. The production of solid wood flooring and Engineering wood Flooring is 3 million square meters per year.
Equipments owned by the company are as follows: four 100 square meters fully automatic drying kilns, three drying kilns smaller than 50 square meters, "Unimat" U23SP introduced from Germany, six advanced Italian SAC production lines, two 8-foot imported cutting machine, two sawing and cutting machine, six 400-800 tons cooling and heating press and several UV/PU flooring paint assemblies. It has adopted imported German terffet paint for coating, spraying and rolling lacquered.
The company strictly carries out ISO-9001: 2000 Standard. Advanced equipments plus strict scientific management system, ensured the excellent quality of Longsen flooring. The products are not only enjoy a high reputation around Yangtze River Delta and Shanghai Economic Zone, but also exported to America, Canada, England and Japan, etc. Shanghai Finance Maison, Pudong Cadre Colloge and Shanghai International Hancheng were all used Longsen floor.
