Shandong Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd. Was founded in December 1999 in Longkou, a beautiful and rapidly developing port city in China. As a member of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Xingmin integrates steel wheel design and research, manufacturing and distribution in the auto industry, and is able to conduct synchronous development design with vehicle manufacturers. At present the company assets are RMB 1.7 billion and it covers an area of more than 700, 000 square meters in total. Xingmin has an experienced and excellent R&D team and over 1500 employees. Xingmin has a national automobile wheel test center and has established Xingmin_BeiHang Transportation Wheel Advanced Tech R&D Center with BeiHang University. Xingmin has two fully-owned subsidiaries in China and also has controlling interest in a Sino-US joint venture company, Sino-Tex (Longkou) Wheel Manufacturer Inc.

Xingmin, requiring high standards for management and product design and with an annual capacity of over 10 million pieces, owns several advanced production lines. Our products mainly cover 10 series, over 1000 varieties, including tubeless steel wheels, heavy-duty truck wheels, OTR wheels and agricultural wheels. Xingmin, at the present time, is the primary supplier of Beiqi Foton, Changan Automobile, and Xiamen Kinglong etc. With over 20 OE customers. Xingmin provides synchronous development design for vehicle manufacturers. Our products are exported to over 40 countries and regions, like the US, Europe, South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. Furthermore, Xingmin was successfully listed in the Shenzhen stock exchange as the first public wheel company in China on Feb 9, 2010. Xingmin sales value in 2010 reached RMB 1.34billion Yuan ($206million US dollars), profit and tax RMB 146million Yuan.
Xingmin was awarded an "AAA" class rating by Agricultural Bank of China. It successively received ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, CNAB certification and German TUV certification. In 2005, the Xingmin registered trademark was recognized as a famous trademark by Shandong Provincial Government and Xingmin product brand was honored as a famous brand product of Shandong Province. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Xingmin was honored as a "leading wheel manufacturer in China auto parts industry" for 3 years in a row.
