The total factory area is 30,000 square meters (35,885 square feet) with a workshop area of 10,000 square meters(11,961 square feet).There are precision casting line, resin sand casting line, machining line, mould-producing line and assembly line. Quality equipment are installed including 150KG high frequency furnace, 50KG high frequency furnace, shell mould automatic drying lines, machining centers, CNC lathe machines, linear cutting and electric discharge machining tools.
The whole production and management process is controlled by such software as Enterprise Resource Panning System, Standard Manager System and by ISO9002. Information system is DDN line to Internet and Intranet.
