The predecessor of Hefei Zhongda Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1982 and restructured in 2012. It is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. It is a designated enterprise of the former Ministry of Machinery and one of the production bases of the old Hefei Instrument General Factory.

The company independently researched, developed, produced and sold: Liquid special filter, gas special filter, volumetric flowmeter and velocity flowmeter. The main products include: LC oval gear flowmeter, WLC micro flowmeter, LLT spiral double rotor flowmeter, LBJ scraper flowmeter, LL waist wheel flowmeter, LPG basket filter, LPG X degassing filter, LPG K quick opening filter, LDJ electromagnetic flowmeter, VA vortex street flowmeter, LWQ vortex flowmeter, and supporting flowmeter accessories.
