Zibo Green Textile Co., Ltd. /Zibo Ruifa Textile Refines Co., Ltd. (also known as Zibo Green Textile or Ruifatex), based in Zibo, Shandong Province, China, manufactures and distributes home textile products ranging from cushions, rugs, runners, placemats and tablecloths, etc.

Zibo Ruifa Silk Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1995, which renamed as Zibo Green Textile Co., Ltd. In 2009. Today, after years of dedication and hard work, Zibo Green Textile annually ships more than a million meters of fabric, to leading retailers and wholesalers in the US, UK and Japan.

Products

Specialized in manufacturing a wide range of home-textile products including rug, cushion, placemat and other specialized products, Zibo Green Textile offers products in a wide variety of patterns, sizes, and materials. Being able to weave our own fabric, we pride ourselves on having an effective control over the ultimate quality and flexibility across our product offerings.

Production

Machines and Facilites

Our design and manufacturing hub is housed in a modern purpose-built 18, 000 square meter factory to provide a light, airy and safe working environment for our skilled and highly valued workforce. In addition to 68 industrial sewing machines, we are equipped with 60 jacquard looms and over one hundred dobby looms.

Our team

Zibo Green Textile currently has around 200 full-time skilled workers, many of them have been with us for over two decades. Positions range from machinists, packers, weavers to cutters, dyers and our seven-people product design team, who are all vastly experienced in materials and manufacturing. Together, they have designed over thousands of patterns with various themes, including, but not limited to, modern geometric, holiday-themed, nature-themed, etc.

As a people company, our staff well-being is high on our agenda, strict measures are employed throughout the factory to meet the highest safety standard. All employees are required to attend professional training and development programmes so as to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and standards. Policies and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure our staff members are working in a happy, healthy and professional/ethical environment.

With that, we are proud to have successfully passed the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audit.

Since our inception, we have been constantly challenging and questioning our work practices through research and innovation, training and upgrades, as well as staying up to date on the best practices in the commercial textile industry.

It is important that our factory, the working conditions of our employees, and our professional practices are fully aligned with our customers requirements. We regularly undergo rigorous compliance audits, and recommendations made are implemented in a timely manner to meet the latest international standards. Last year, we have successfully passed factory audits from leading retailers in US, UK and Japan.
