The bogie is a welding frame type bogie, mainly consists of frames, wheel sets, axles, axle box suspension devices, etc.
The bogie is mainly used for the upgrading of the 130tons insulation flat car owned by the Wuhan Iron and Steel Group, to replace the existing 110-3 type bogie. The new bogie can solve the Derailment problem of the 130tons insulation flat car, and reduce the wheel rail wear when curve negotiating. As well, it can be used to replace the 80-1 and 110-3 type bogies to reduce unsprung mass, decrease wheel rail wear and lower manufacturing and maintenance costs
