Rotary type bottle washer

Main function of the rotary bottle washer is to clean and warm the bottle by water. Main work process is as below, first bottles will be carried by groups of bottle gripper, then turn over the bottles along the rail. After the bottle is turned to the inverted state, it is warmed by the water.

The metal material of the bottle washer is 304L stainless steel, and the non-metal material is food grade rubber or plastic product. The media is hot water and soften water

Rotary product filling

There is material tank at the top of filling machine, in which has a level gauge installed. This level gauge can automatically control the feed valve switch during the filling process to ensure continuous feeding of the cylinder.

The filling valve is equipped with a card bottle plate to clamp the bottleneck and the circular mechanical cam controls the card bottle to move up and down. When the bottle plate rises to a certain height under the action of the cam, the bottle mouth will be fitted with the sealing gasket of the filling valve to seal the bottle mouth and the filling valve.

The filling valve is equipped with a dummy cup for CIP cleaning, so that a CIP circulation cleaning circuit can be formed at the time of CIP, and the cleaning liquid is returned to the CIP station through the re-flux tank transfer.

Rotary capping machine

Rotary capping machine aims to seal the bottle which has already filled with material, to ensure that the product is completely sealed in the bottle without contamination.

The work process of cap sealing is controlled by mechanical CAM, to realize process of cap catching, cap gripping, cap pushing, and cap leaving.

The gripping head adopts a three-claw type. Each gripping head assembly has three movable grippers, and the lid delivered by the capping device is grasped and then pressed into the bottle mouth. Gripper action is controlled by gland with top cam. During the process of revolving around the capping machine, the gripping head assembly rises and descends with the cam to realize the action of grasping the cover, glanding, uncovering, etc., and completing the capping process.

The machine is equipped with a cover controller, which can determine not to give cover if no bottle below.There is one set of bottle-holding devices under each group of capping heads, which can realize self-rotation to determine the orientation of the bottle, and ensure that the bottle is equipped with the handle seat in the same orientation, so as to ensure the direction match of the opening side of the moving cover and the position of the bottle handle when the cap is pressed
