Company Introduction:
Jiangxi Jufeng Bamboo Industry Co., Ltd. Was founded by Mr. Hong Zhanchun at early 2010 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. Our company has completed seven production workshops of 46, 000m2 and put into full operation. With a total investment of nearly RMB 100 million and an area about 90mu, we have more than 460 employees, including 38 technical staff.
Our main products are bamboo chopsticks, building templates and Chinese fir finger joint boards. After comprehensive operation, we will achieve annual sales revenue of RMB 120 million and annual tax and profit of RMB 8 million. Our company has invested over RMB 30 million in equipment, including 20 bamboo chopsticks production lines, and the products are mainly exported to Japan, Italy, Brazil and other countries. After the operation of the production lines, our company will consume 1.2 million standard moso bamboos and annually yields 180, 000 boxes (3, 000 pairs of chopsticks/box) of bamboo chopsticks, two building template production lines will consume 12, 000m3 of pine and achieve an annual production capacity of 360, 000 pieces, and three Chinese fir finger joint board production lines are full-automatic advanced production lines and will consume 30, 000m3 of Chinese fir and annually yields 360, 000 finger joint boards.
Our products are greatly characterized by environmental protection and superior production process and flow, wherein finger joint board and building template are all made of E0 phenolic resin adhesive with very strong viscosity. The company has been certified to ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and registered departure bamboo product production permit, so our products can be sold around the world smoothly to achieve double harvest of economic and social benefits.
Besides, the company also invested RMB 60 million in building Hongyun Forestry Co., Ltd., which has nearly 40, 000mu of bamboo mountain forest base, including 13, 000mu of moso bamboo forest and 27, 000mu of Chinese fir and other forest land, effectively ensuring partial raw material supply of production line.
