Zaoyang Qinhong New Material Co., Ltd, which was founded in 1993 and had been producing wear-resistant materials for twenty years, specialized in producing wear-resistant metal materials, build-up welding metal materials, heat-resistant metal materials, and corrosion-resistant metal materials. Our products have been applied in the industries of cement, power, mining and building materials, etc.

We co-operated with many prestigious universities whose latest technological achievements have been combined with business practice and applied to vertical mill and wear-resisting products of the cement industry. We also have long-term cooperation with CONCH, Tianrui Group, CUCC, Yatai Group, South Cement, CNBM, Lafarge Cement, TCCIH, and other large groups. Meanwhile, in the field of wear-resistance of power industry, we have long-term cooperation with China Huaneng, China Huadian, Datang Power, China Power Investment, and China Guodian. As for the cement industry and power industry, we have established long-term cooperation with more than 400 customers. In 2005, with well-known reputation and mature technologies, we singed the complementary agreement with Danmark FLSmidth Company, and became its exclusive supplier for the ATOX series of vertical mill and its supporting facilities in China. We produce matching mills and wear-resistant parts for CITIC HIC. Our products are exported to Hamburg, Germany, Copenhagen, Russia and Far East areas. We are the only company in China who exports these products.

Invested 150 million in 2009, we occupied 80, 000 square meters and built workshops of 25, 000 square meters. Our production line could produce 30, 000 tons annually. The wear-resistant materials brought us 120 million yuan and the exported products more than $10 million. We founded the wear-resistant plate production base with British Welding Alloys Group (hereafter referred to as WA Group) and introduced their hard face welding technology to improve the work efficiency of cement companies and reduce the cost for repairing the facilities. We are the only authorized service center by WA Group in China.
