Jiangsu Hengsai Metal Materials Import and Export Co., Ltd. is located in Wuxi City, a beautiful city near Shanghai. As a professional manufacture engaged in researching processing and production and sales for stainless steel products, mainly including sheets, coils, strips, pipes and other kinds of profiles, the steel grades are more than 201, 304, 316L, 430, 310S, 2205, 904L and so on.
Our factory covers an area of up to more than 10, 000 square meters. There are a professional technical team consisting of more than one hundred and fifty workers. They have to work in three shifts to keep the company running in 24 hours to make sure the production and keep plentiful stocks for the market. Our factory has laser cutting, flying shear, drawing coating, polishing, folding plate, packaging and others equal to one of the Slitting machine, all processes are done by pipeline.
Stainless steel plate process: If be annealed stainless steel should be used chemical NG - 9-1 to black, have the oil with NZ - B in addition to the first oil to oil - water - electrochemical finishing Polish king (directly using the fluid as working fluid, temperature of 60 ~ 80 º C, hang anode work piece, current Da: 20 to 15 a/dm2, cathode - to lead antimony alloy antimony (including 8%) time: 1 ~ 10 minutes, cast light) - water - 5 ~ 8% hydrochloric acid membrane back (at room temperature: 1 ~ 3 seconds) to water washing, blow dry.
Each of the stainless steel sheets is made by stainless steel coils, that′s what slitting machine used for, there is a protective paper in the middle of each board, it prevent the board from scratching the the surface as it comes down. We will put around 10 tons of boards on a wooden pallet for the storage.
And also the mother coils can be slit into strip coils with kinds of width. The standard of stainless steel coils is 1219mm, 1250mm, 1540mm etc, we can slit it into 5mm~1000mm as customers′ different requests.
