With more than 30 years′ experiences in casting and mechanical processing, Taizhou Feifan Pump Industry Co., Ltd is a water pump enterprise integrated with five major industrial chains (including the automatic casting, precision machining, silicon steel sheet stamping, motor manufacturing at international standards and water pump production & test). It has gained significant advantages in both of the quality control over raw materials and product cost.
Ever since its foundation, the company has supplied WQ sewage and sludge submers ible pumps (0.75kW-560kW) and QY oil-filled submersible pumps (2.2-90kW) as the main products, all of which have been designed based on the advanced CAD and CFD software after more than ten procedures, including precision casting, soldering, heat treatment, fine machining and assembly etc. It has kept a leading position in the industry due to the advanced CNC machining center and the various high precision machining and testing equipment. With totally three production bases separately located in Wenling of Zhejiang Province and Xinyu of Jiangxi Province, the company occupies a total area of 150, 000 square meters with more than 700 employees, including over 30 senior R&D engineers. Dedicated to providing high quality products with low energy consumption and high level professional services in pump field, the company commits to excellence and makes great efforts on the continuous innovation to win a good reputation from the customers at home and abroad. In addition to the establishment of a material source & flow inspection system, Feifan Pump has also implemented a series of inspections throughout the production process to reduce the defect rate.
