1.Q:Whether it will operate 24 hours without break?
   A:Yes , it will operate 24 hours without break.
 
2.Q:How will the carbon be withdrawn from reactor? Is it continuous or in batches.
   A:We have a separation system which can be separate carbon black and steel wire.
       It is continuous . It can feed and slag several times within 24 hours.
      We adopt the automatic and full-closed feeding and discharging system with high          temperature features.
      So we can feed the raw material and take out carbon black when the temperature           is more than 200 degree.
      After the water cooling system, the temperature of the carbon black entering the            carbon black tank is about 80-90 degrees.
 
3.Q:How many days of operation and maintenance in a month?
    A:It need to be stopped once two to three weeks in order to regular maintenance .
