We have set cast factory to produce Anchor and Anchor Chain Accesoories as well.
Company has been conducted by Naval Equipment training office in 1998, and esteblished quality control systerm according to National Standard GJB/Z9002-96, GB/T9002. In year 2000, our production have been approved by Chinese New Times Certification Center, which covers from Milltary prodution to civilian shipping production. Company is equiped with No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 Anchor chain production machine 3 sets, UNT-150, UNT-160 electrical flash welding machine 10 sets, Anchor chain surface polishing machine, 600KN Multi-function material test machine, Intelligentized speed analyser and other inspection facilities in total 28 sets.
Company is specialized in producing anchor, anchor chain, made of Grade 2 and Grade 3 steel diameter from 12.5mm to 73mm, accessories, and shipping mooring product, which are all certificated by authorised classification societies, including CCS(P. R. China), KR(Korea), GL(Germany), LR( U. K. ), BV(France), RS(Russia) and RINA(Italy).
