Established in November 2005, Sunrui (Luoyang) Special Equipment Co., Ltd. Is controlled by Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), and is a key high-tech enterprise in National Torch Plan specialized in the research and manufacture of bridge construction safety equipment, pipeline safety equipment, energy-efficient equipment, high-strength anti-corrosion special material products, and clean energy storage and transportation equipment.

HILAB is also equipped with other test devices like expansion joint test machine, damper test machine, 10000kN load-shear testing machine, sliding material testing machine and other kinds of physicochemical property test equipment, etc. HILAB has the ability to test according to Chinese standard, European standard and American standard.
