The most suitable size shoube less than 30mm

The most suitable moisture should be less than 10%
 

4. The working process of the Carbonization Furnace

1). Use screw conveyor to transfer material.
2). Use coal gas or natural gas ignite to make hot gas.
3). Then hot gas will enter inner furnace, start working.
4). Rotary drum twirl speed can be adjusted by control cabinet.
5). Gas can use recycling.
6). Output screw conveyor also have cooling function, delivery the material through screw conveyor.

After you get the charcoal from the carbonziation stove , you can get different shape and size of final charcoal briquettes from different charcoal briquettes with our charcola briquette extruder machien, charcoal ball press machine, shisha charcoal machine and honeycom charcoal briquette machine.
