Our plant is equipped with the most advanced Italian single Jersey electronical circular knitting machine Santoni SM8-TOP2, from 12 inch to 19 inch which enable to meet most clients size needs; In order to manufacture continously high quality and fashionable products, we introduce a series of sewing machines from Japan, such as Juki, Brother, Pegasua, Yamato etc.
With over 14 years experience and 365 skillful emplyess support us to complete about 600, 000 pieces clothes per month, which made of cotton, nylon, spandex, lycra, synthetic yarn, modal, viscose, bamboo and some of other functional yarn, such as coolmax, meryl fiber, thermolite, supplex, tencel, copper fiber, thermocool etc.
We run a complete production line from knitting, dyeing, sewing, packing and there are 3 times of 100% QC inspections are executed after knitting-dyeing-sewing-packing which involves in 30 QC in personnel.
