Our company is specializing in producing and selling all kinds of flange, forgings, butt welding pipe fittings, steel pipes, steel plates, fasteners and valves. The materials as follows: Stainless steel, duplex steel 304/304L, 316/316L, 317/317L, S31803/2205, 904L, 2507, 254SMO, 316Ti/, 321/1.4541; Alloy steel WP5, WP9, WP11, WP12, WP22, WP91; Pipe line steel API X42, X52, X60, X65, X70; Carbon steel WPB, WPC, WPL6, WPL3 and etc. The standards of products are related to ASME (ANSI), DIN, EN, GB/T, JB, SH, HG, JIS. Moreover, according to customers′ requirement, we can manufacture special products. The products mainly used in petroleum, petrochemical, electric power, coal chemical, natural gas, iron and steel, pharmaceutical industries. Our products not only sell to domestic, but also exported to overseas such as Europe, the Unites States, South America, MID-east and South-east Asia etc.
Our company has obtained ISO9000-2000 quality system certificate, PED certificate, and quality-assurance system for manufacturer of materials, manufacture license of special equipment (pressure piping), etc. We commit ourselves to produce and sell high quality products to our customers. In addition, we always believe that high quality products due to high standards of quality management system. So our products are in accordance strictly with the ISO9001 quality system in the aspect of design process, forging, heat treatment, machining, testing, packaging and shipments. Now, there are 6 sets of forging equipment machine, 5 precise sets of CNC machine and more than 50 sets of ordinary production machine and 1 set of perfect testing equipment to guarantee the quality of products.
We are in accordance with the quality standards strictly in the aspects of raw material procurement, production, processing, and transportation, customer services to inspect and control the products. All products must pass the quality inspection and testing before they sell to customers. In addition, we can provide the certification and records to guarantee the quality.
