We pass Jia Shan Jin Liang Casting is composed of 5 Foundries and 2 Specialized Machining Factory. We provide you a complete manufacturing procedure including pattern making, pouring, surface finish, heat treatment, machining and packing. We had total 900 staffs, among them about 50 senior management and technical staffs. Equipped with strong technical resources, precision machinery, strict testing and measurement ins-trument, manager and producing as per ISO9002 quality system, the quality products are provided for you.
Our Corp. Occupies total area of 35,000 square meters, with about 25,000 working shop area. The annual output is about 16,000 metric ton of various casting, the machining capacity is about 14,000 metric ton per year. We are especially good at producing pipe fitting and fire sprinkler system products. We are as a qual-i ty OEM supplier for these products morn than 10 years. All these products are made as per AWWA standa- rd and certificated by UL & ULC. From 1993, we exported more than 12,000 metric ton to US and Canada annual. On Ductile iron and cast iron NPT-Thread-Pipe Fitting products, we enjoy most referential export d-uty to US market. The other products are welcome by the customer from USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Au- stralia, Hong Kong and Taiwan Area.
