Nanjing baori wire products MFG. Co., Ltd, hereinafter referred to as baori wire, is a Chinese-foreigh joint venture held by baosteel group. The company locates at the national level nanjing economic and technological development zone and covers 60 thousand square meters. Nanjing baori wire, a wire secondary-processing enterprise established on sep 1st, 1999, is a joint venture of baosteel group co. Ltd., metal one corporation, Japan, kobe steel, Ltd., Japan and nanjing xingang development corporation. The company′s first stage of construction has been in operation sice July, 2001, with a total investment of RMB 113.3 million, a production scale of 25 thousand tons per year. In order to expand production scale and accelerate development, nanjing baori completed the second and third stage of construction in 2006 and 2009 respectively. Thus, the company′s total investment has reached RMB 332.7 million with a production scale of 80 thousand tons per year to produce hi-q cold heading wire, cold forming wire and chq wire.

Nanjing baori wire owns a complete set of fully automatic pickling line and wire-drawing equipment introduced from Germany, and short time roller-hearth heat-treatment annealing furnaces from Japan and s. Korea. Using excellent wire raw material of China baosteel and Japan kobe to create colding heading wire, with advanced technologies in acid pickling, phosphating and heat treatment, baori produces cold forming wire for fasteners and components. The company ranks the best in product grade, specification, technology and equipment among all domestic chq wire secondary-processing enterprises, and its products have been widely employed in automobile, railway vehicle, household appliance, machine, and precise instrument industries.
