Zhejiang Xinyuan Lighting Co., Ltd., is located beside the beautiful Siming Lake, the lighting′s hometown Lianglong Yuyao city, We are a production enterprise engaged in lamp design, development and assembly. Our company always takes it as our duty to beautify and brighten cities and environmentally friendly illumination as our focus. I. Through years′ struggle, our company has developed rapidly. It covers an area of 30, 000 square meters with a floorage of 15, 000 square meters. We are mainly engaged in the production of road lamps, projection lamps, garden lamps, lawn lamps, tunnel lamps, road lamp poles, medium lamp poles, high lamp poles and power poles. Our company has developed 300 product varieties and specifications in 8 series.
II. Our company is active in absorbing advanced characteristics of foreign products and developing new products which are energy saving, environmentally friendly, beautiful and practical. With the aid of CAD, our design is rational, standard, precise and fast.
Our company can produce lamps in one-shot molding with our 1250 tons aluminum die machine. The surface is treated with spraying plastics. Beautiful and novel in shape, our products are waterproof and dustproof. Our lamps also feature convenient installation and high light effect. Our lamps have passed the test of Shanghai State Lamp Quality Supervision and Test Center and our IP value reaches 65.
Our lamp poles are shaped with a large 1000-ton folding machine. The one-shot shaping length can be as long as 14 meters. Steel pipes are processed on the assembly lines. The hidden arc welding at pole closings is completed in one-shot. The plastic spraying technology is highly automatic. All these make our lamps smooth, clean, beautiful, firm and durable.
