Xuzhou Gaonaite Castings Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer of superior castings, mainly quality cast replacement wear parts for the cement, mining, coal, aggregates and machinery industries, our castings are made from (super) high manganese steels, chrome series alloy steels, heat and corrosion resistant steels, high chrome white irons^Our core products include jaw/cheek plates, hammers, blow bars, bowls & mantles, liners, grates...Since its inception in year 2000, it started from a humble beginning mainly producing ball mill liners, now with the production line of sand casting and melted mould casting. After more than 10 years′ efforts, our products can be found in many world-renowned crusher brands, such as METSO, SANDVIK, LIPPMAN...We can also accept customized steel castings as long as you provide us the drawings and your material requirements.
At present, our company has comprehensive production facilities and equipments, just to name a few as follows: One set of 6 tons medium frequency furnace, one set of 5tons medium frequency furnace, three sets of 1.25tons of medium frequency furnace, two sets of 20tons heat treatment furnaces, , two φ 3.5m vertical lathes, two φ 2.5m vertical lathes, two CNC lathes, two polishing machines, 15 hoisting devices, three hydraulic machines, one international advanced Japan direct-reading spectrometer, two high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, one hardness detection equipment and one metalloscope. We have also our own lab for testing, we also work closely with China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) on technology research and testing. Our engineers are very experienced in casting industry and have good knowledge of designing and producing your castings.
