Cixi City Zhonghuan Machinery Factory

Established in the year 1980, Cixi City Zhonghuan Machinery Factory is an enterprise member of Zhejiang China Foundry Association. We are located in Guanhaiwei Town, Cixi, Ningbo City, less than 200 kilometers from Shanghai.

There are 500 workers and staff members, 48 major engineers and professional technicians in our factory. We mainly provide gray iron and ductile iron casting together with metal machining to our clients. Our monthly turnout is more than 1, 500 tonne casting. And our capacity is 2, 000 tonne casting per month. The products that we are currently producing include water pump parts, single cylinder engine parts, automobile casting parts, and flywheel, etc. More than 40% of our products are exported to USA, France, Italy, Brazil, Turkey, and the countries in Middle East and Southeast Asia.

We obtain ISO9001 Quality Assurance Certification and Product development System. There are one main plant and two branches owned by us, total surface area of our plants is 60, 000 m2. Our equipments include: 6 sets of Cupolas, 5 sets of Intermediate Frequency Furnaces, 280 sets of General Machining Lathes, 50 sets of CNC Lathes, 20 sets of Millers, more than 150 sets of Drillers, etc.

After more than 20 years efforts, Cixi City Zhonghuan Machinery Factory has gained many experiences in iron casting and machining. In the meanwhile, we have achieved steady increase in our annual sales volume, which is more than 10 million USD separately in recent years. We will insist our core competitive power to best serve our clients and to be as a pioneer in technology revolution.
