We have been operating manufacture, export and import in China since 2008. Our main products are toilet soap, laundry soap, anti-bacteria soap, household detergent and liquid baby bath&care. We have two plants in both Malaysia and China, One is Bioasia Malaysia, the other is Bioasia Zhangjiang. BioAsia in Malaysia has more than 15 years′ experience in soap, with modern manufacturing facilities are spread with approximately 15, 000 square metres of prime land next to the Lumut river port. Using the latest state-of-art equipment from Germany, BioAsia has a production capacity up to 7 million tablets of soap per month with potential to increase production to meet customer′s needs.
We are equipped with 5 finishing lines in total with a production capacity of 1, 000 kg and 1, 500 kg per hour respectively. The line is suitable for the manufacturing of opaque, translucent, syndet, combo and marberlized bars.
Standard moulds of various shapes can be matched with changeable inserts to cater to different requirements. New mould can be commissioned upon request.
The two production plants are supported by the pilot plants and laboratories, enable to carry out product research and development for clients who wish to introduce new product in the market place.
