Our products are mainly extrusion heatsink, heatpipe module, aluminum oxide ceramic, high conductive thermal grease. They are widely used in telecommunication equipment, computer, AC/DC converter, LED lighting, medical devices, military industry and etc.
We have more than 200 staffs, our factory includes soldering workshop, machining workshop, stamping workshop, heat pipe workshop, assembly workshop and etc. We have also mechanical lab, thermal test lab, reliability lab, RoHS lab, noise chamber and etc. All that devote edcine to supply professional and high quality products and service.

Edcine make aluminum oxide ceramic insulator with thickness from 0.3mm to 4.5m, they are widely used for to-220, to-247, to-3, to-3p, to-264, to-218, to-254, to-257, to-258semiconductor.
Our thermal grease is superior in thermal conductivity, electronically insulation, weather resistance, physiology inertia, and it has smaller surface tension. It is non-corrosive and is an ideal thermal interface material for electronic parts. Our products have passed the environmental test by SGS and all our products are in accordance with RoHS.
