Foshan Z&D Ceramics Co., Ltd is the subsidiary export company of Z&D group and it is in charge of exporting of the products which are produced by Z&D factory.
The factory has four production lines for polished porcelain tiles, two production lines for ceramic wall tiles. The production lines of polished porcelain tiles are with 12 sets of presses and with 320-meter ultra-. Long kilns. One of the lines can produce 11000sqms per day for 600x600mm polished tiles or 12000sqms per day for 800x800mm polished tiles. For ceramic wall tiles, the production lines are with 16 glaze lines and with 450-meter ultra-. Long kilns. It can produce 23000sqms per days of each production line.
The main sizes(mm) of our products are as follow:
Polished Porcelain Tiles: 600x600, 800x800, 1000x1000, 1200x600;
Interior Wall Tiles: 300x450, 300x600, 300x300.
The products are strictly manufactured as the ISO9001 Quality Control System. Its main products are accorded with the GB/T4100_2006 standard.
In order to match the need of market, the center dependently researched and developed series products of stone-design, wooden-design, wallpaper design and so on.
Since 2011, our compay produces and sales 3D inkjet tile, the advanced inkjet technology makes our 3Dinkjet tiles more clear, a strong sense of three-dimensional, low-carbon and environmental protection.
