Tianjin Binhai Longtai Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter BHLT) is located in Tianjin, which has an international port and steel pipe production base in Northern China. BHLT is an awarded National High & New Technology company that focuses on R& D, manufacturing, and marketing of the mandrel bar for seamless pipe.

In 2011, our highly precise and multiple specification mandrel bar won financial support from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. We built up a specialized department and R& D Center to sharpen the manufacturing technique and to smooth the production process. We own the intellectual property for the mandrel bar, including seventeen utility model patents and two invention patents. By modifying the processing technique, BHLT remarkably increases the product life span. BHLT has verified certificates and satisfies all the production requirements regulated by the industry and government, such as ISO9001-2008 Certificate of Conformity of Quality Management System Certification and GB/T28001-2011 Certificate of Conformity of Occupational Heal and Safety Management System Certification.

Equipped with all kinds of processing equipment nearly 60 sets, BHLT can produce 80.2-600mm diameter, shorter than or equal to 24000mm long mandrel bars for MPM, PQF, FQM, Assel mill, Accu-roll Mill, Push bench and Pilger mills with an annual production capacity 10, 000 tons.

BHLT′s mandrel bar meets all domestic high-end seamless steel tube and pipe production needs and also exported to the United States, India, Belarus, etc.
