Shandong Fiberglass Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary solely funded by Linyi Mining Group Co., Ltd., and the construction unit of 100, 000T tank furnace wiredrawing project of Linyi Mining Group. Founded in March 2008, it is a comprehensive enterprise integrating fiberglass, fiberglass products, power generation and precious metal processing, with a registered capital of RMB 160 million. Our fiberglass and fiberglass products have been confirmed as one of three main industries of Linyi Mining Group by Shandong SASAC. Now it is one of the largest provincial key enterprises of fiberglass products, director unit of China Fiber Glass Association, director unit of Shandong Composite Material Society, and Shandong Contract-honoring & Trustworthy Enterprise. The company covers an area of 400, 000 square meters and has more than 2, 000 employees and fixed assets of RMB over 700 million.

The 100, 000T tank furnace wiredrawing project accords with national industrial policy, and belongs to technology promoted by the country, with domestically leading economic and technical indexes, including environmental protection and energy consumption. The production line is all designed by national level Nanjing Fiberglass Research & Design Institute, and adopts world-class raw material pneumatic transport technology, melting and bubbling technology of vitreous humor, electric boosting technology, laser level control technology, vitreous humor temperature computer automatic control technology and large bushing drawing technology, and its technology reaches domestic leading and international advanced level. With total investment of RMB 1.3 billion, the project is built in three stages, and can annually produce 100, 000 tons of fiberglass and fiberglass products and achieve annual sales revenue of RMB 1.2 billion and profit and taxes of over RMB 200 million after completion. The first-stage project 30, 000T medium-alkali glass fiber tank furnace wiredrawing production line has a total investment of RMB 370 million, and has been put into production in March 2009. The second-stage project 30, 000T production line began construction in June 2010, and is expected to make trial production at the end of December. The third-stage project 50, 000T tank furnace wiredrawing E-CR production line is expected to be constructed and put into operation before 2012.

Its major products include: Fiberglass spun yarn, "Oujiale", "GLASSTEX" fiberglass wall cloth, fiberglass composite PET cloth, fiberglass waterproof substrate, medium alkali-free bulk yarn, fiberglass plastic coated plain weave window screen, entwined yarn, pultrusion yarn, felt yarn and other roving products, medium alkali-free woven roving, fiberglass mesh, etc. The products are in strict accordance with standards of ISO9001 International Quality System, adopt globally advanced technology and equipment, and reach ISO14001 international environmental authentication requirement and standards of international like products, and partial products are in leading position, and sold in a dozen of countries and regions in Europe, America and Asia.
