1. The company profile
Our company was founded in October 2012. The company focus on the recycling and comprehensive utilization of waste polyester textiles. Our existing plant can process 120 thousand tons of waste polyester textiles per year. The recycling process is a low energy consumption and low pollution, which realizes the environmental protection and regeneration of waste resources.
We established strict traceability system for raw material & product life cycle. The company passed the GRS certification of Control Union, Green Leaf Mark certification of Intertek, and the carbon footprint certification. We are the first supplier who obtain professional certification for recycled polyester chips from waste PET textiles in China.
2. The Main Final Products
The main product of our company is Recycled PET chips, Recycled PET POY yarn, Recycled PET DTY yarn and Recycled PET FDY yarn.
The purpose of R-PET chip:
(Dope-dyed) PET filament, (Dope-dyed) PET staple fiber, BCF for carpet, monofilament, spunbond-nonwoven fabric, casting film, high strength strapping etc.
The purpose of R-PET filament:
Woven and knitted fabric, sewing thread, etc.
3. Development Planning.
Based on the existing technology, the processing is physical regeneration method, the waste resource we can used is the industrial waste of the whole polyester industry chain, such as waste melt-block, waste yarn and waste fabric etc. The new technology we are developed is chemical regeneration method. Which can realize regeneration of consumed polyester textiles (such as discarded clothing and home textiles). The chemical regeneration technology can degrade waste polyester into monomer by chemical method, then re-polymerize after purified. It can realize the infinitely recurrent of PET waste.
In 2016, the company′s first new chemical recycling equipment with capacity of 100 thousand tons/year has started construction, is expected to put into production in the fourth quarter of 2016, the main products is recycled polyester chips and recycled polyester filament (POY, DTY). Once this project operated successfully, we will consider setting up factories overseas.
