Local Control Mould Industry Co., Ltd., Founded in 2000, Factory is located in Shenzhen, China. Started the tooling business since 1997, is a professional injection mold manufacturer.

The main business is injection mold manufacturing, 70% are export, 20% are domestic, 10% are production jobs in house, Most of mold are from Automotive industry interior part such as: Air vent / Air cleaner / Seating / HVAC, Also some tools are from household parts such as: Camera case/ Battery box / Container / Caps / Tubes/ Garbage box / Plastic basket

We are specialising in product development, tooling procurement, tool design engineering and project management.

Local Control Mould Industry are responsible for your project running in Chna, including the engineering, supervision of mould construction, mold manufacturing, sampling, sample delivery, maturation and providing customers with the final production ready mould. We can also arrange for your production requirements to be handled in China if required.

Mold Design: Component feasibility, 2D(Dwg) and 3D(Catita) and Moldflow.
Mold Manufacturing: We are able to machine 10-20sets mold(less than500T) at the same time
Project Management: We can help customer to manage their project in China and report, if they are too busy to come to China
Production: Produce parts in China and deliver to customer
Gauge: Checking fixture for injection moulding parts.
