Zibo Hitecmen Chemical Co., Ltd. is a High-Tech enterprise, formed by several doctors which specializes in researching, developing and marketing of high quality new environment-friendly adhesive materials. The company is formed in 2003 with 30 millions RMB registered capital, which owned large standard workshops, 3 advanced imported product lines and perfect testing instruments. Now our company has more than 100 technicians, among which there are 12 senior engineers, 8 masters, doctors and postdoctors. The yearly capacity is beyond of 5000 tons of one component polyurethane adhesive sealants.
Our company relied on the technology of some famous universities and research institute, and built cooperation with Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Aeronautical and Astronautical Research Laboratory and Shandong University of Technology successively. Our company developed PU series polyurethane sealant, such as PU9588, PU302, PU304, PU306, PU310 and PU602C which can meet different requirement. Our products passed the Technological Results Attestation which organized by Department of Science and Technology of Shandong province and gained five national invention patents and seven appearance design patents. The products are mainly used in automotive, containers, vessels, electronic and machinery industry.
Our company insists on "Quality makes Brand" all the time. On this base, we built perfect quality manage and control system, and successively passed ISO9001 International Quality System Attestation., TS16949 Quality management system attestation, ISO14000 Environment System Attestation and ISO18001 Occupational Health Safety System Certification.
The Solvent-free High Strength Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant which developed by our company, gained Technology innovation F und for SMEs from Ministry of Science and Technology. The Environment-friendly Silicane Modified polyurethane Adhensive Sealant gained Shandong Science and Technology Development programs and Technology Innovation Fund from Zibo government. In 2004, our company was awarded provincal new and high-tech enterprise by Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province. In 2007, our company was awarded as Top100 of Most Growing Technology-based High-growing SMEs by High-Tech Zone government of Zibo City, and will share the support of preferential policies.
With the efforts of recent 5 years, Zibo Hitecmen Chemical Co., Ltd. Made great progress. We built good cooperation with many famous automotive suppliers in China, such as BMW Brilliance, BYD automotive, Lifan automotive, Chang an automotive and Xiamen Golden Drangon Buses. Beside this, our products are also exported to many countries and areas, such as USA, German, Korea, Japan, Middle-East, South-East Asia, Africa and HongKong, etc.
