Machine characteristics
1.Special Gutter shape cutting technology, The cutting track can be set based on customer requirement.Cutting with less noise&dust, the cutting surface is clean&tidy.
2.Impregnation platform multi-line independent temperature control, temperature control is precise,able to better adapt change of ambient temperature, quick impregnation, speed of production could be improved effectively;
3.Pulse free metering system, accurate metering&wide flow rate adjustment range. It can add powder filler.
4.Intellectualized control system based on PLC, double-computer operation. Setting of production task and parameters of equipment running is more fast and visual, degree of automation is high, production operation personnel are able to complete the production by short-term training.
5.Three separate ovens for temperature control designed by Dnuo, unique temperature control arithmetic, make oven heating fast, temperature control precise. Which improve quality of products,reduce energy consumption and shorten the preparing time effectively. This way makes sheets curing better.(patent number: ZL 2014 2 07 31923.x).
6.Metering control system and Roving chopper speed can be synchronous with the production line.
7.All the machine parts adopt international standard steel make machine with high stability.

Metering Pump
Three separated pulse-free pump, controlling resin, curing agent, accelerant respectively.
Impregnation platform
The impregnation table can control temperature independently and accurately. Quick impregantion and improve the production speed.
Hot oven
PID high-precision temperature control, segment heating, energy-saving hot air circulation control, good control of sheet's curing degree to make sheet up to 90% curing degree before cutting.
Pauling and Cutting system
Include dust-free edge trimmer, saw edge trimmer (applied to cut sheet with more than 2.0mm) and synchronous cutting device.
Gel coat system
Includes 2 gelcoat tanks, pulse free gel coat pump and pulse free curing agent pump.
Electrical parts
