Yujie pure acrylic artificial stone is using the American Dupont corian production of raw materials and similar formula system to produce. Quality and performance can match with Dupont Corian. After pure acrylic artificial stone developed by Dupont company in 1967, the brand name CORIAN widely used in the field of kitchen panels. The material applied to the bathtub, sink and other products, only a few factories can mass produce in domestic. In all kinds of artificial stone materials,the biggest advantage of pure acrylic stone is product color yellowing time for up to 15 years (5 years outdoor), and dirty resistance, it is the best materials in all artificial stone material
The artificial stone is mainly divided into four classes in the world.
1, Pure acylic stone, its material is PMMA + aluminium hydroxide(Al(OH)3)
2, Compound acrylic artificial stone, the material is unsaturated resin + aluminium hydroxide
3, Quartz, its material is unsaturated resin + quartz sand
4, Gel-coat stone, surface like paint thickness less than 1 mm of gel. its material is unsaturated resin + calcium carbonate (CaCO3), the internal material and the surface material are different
